AceShowbiz – Ava Duvernay and HBO Max are reportedly working a new TV series based on popular Twitter account @OnePerfectShot. The “When They See Us” director is set to narrate the series and executive produce it through her ARRAY Filmworks production company with Warner Horizon Unscripted Television also producing.
The synopsis of the project states that “each episode arms one acclaimed director with an arsenal of visual tools to pull back the curtain on their most iconic shots. Using state of the art technology, the directors will literally enter each shot, walking through the scene in 360 moments that allow viewers to join an immersive exploration of moviemaking.”
“Filmmakers will share their obstacles, challenges, lessons, and triumphs as they detail how they created their crowning cinematic achievements. • 'I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!' Leaves Australia Amid Pandemic

The star-studded British reality television show is officially announced to move the filming from Down Under to the United Kingdom for the first time ever.
    Aug 8, 2020
AceShowbiz – Top British reality show “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” will be filmed in the U.K. rather than Australia for the first time ever.
For the show stars, who in previous seasons have included the likes of Caitlyn Jenner, Tony Hadley, and Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts, have previously had to spend the best part of a month in the Australian jungle taking on gruesome tasks.
However, with the Covid-19 pandemic restricting international travel, on Friday (7Aug20), bosses at U.K. network ITV announced the 20th series will be filmed in a ruined castle somewhere in Britain.
Kevin Lygo, ITV’s Director of Television, says in a press release, “We announced last week that we were doing all we could to make the series and I’m thrilled that we can bring the show to viewers albeit not in the jungle. We have a great team both on and off screen and I know they will produce a hugely entertaining series.”
His colleague, Richard Cowles, Director of Entertainment at ITV Studios, went on to explain that their team had tried to put the series on in Australia, but it had proven impossible.
“We pulled out all the stops to try and make the series happen in Australia,” he explains. “Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and despite us looking at many different contingencies, it became apparent that it just wasn’t possible for us to travel and make the show there.”
Regular hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly will return, with the format otherwise unchanged as viewers will vote for stars to take on frightening and stomach-churning challenges until one is named King or Queen of the Castle.
Stars set to appear and air dates are yet to be announced.

  • Christine Quinn Finds It Hard to Watch Her Wedding on 'Selling Sunset': 'I Was Disappointed'

    Netflix

The celebrity real estate agent wishes that the producer would showcase her gothic winter wonderland-themed nuptials more rather than office drama between her colleagues.
    Aug 7, 2020
AceShowbiz – Christine Quinn is not afraid of voicing her discontentment with “Selling Sunset”. Ahead of the series’ season 3 premiere, the Netflix star admitted it was disheartening for her to watch how her wedding was not represented as how it actually was.
Speaking to PEOPLE about the matter, Christine confessed, “I was a little disappointed. It just didn’t really showcase the way that it was.” She went on to explain, “The wedding was the best day of my life and it was hard for me to watch it on the television show because that’s not really the way that I remember it.”
The 31-year-old TV personality further expressed her disappointment as stating, “This was my day, and I was just disappointed in the way it was perceived on camera and translated, unfortunately. I’m not going to lie, I was crying when I watched it. I was like, ‘This is not my wedding, this is not my wedding.’ ”
On the reason why she felt that way, Christine suggested that the drama surrounding Chrishell Stause’s divorce from Justin Hartley overshadowed her extravagant nuptials. “I understand they wanted to get certain storylines in there, but this was actually my day,” she told PEOPLE.
During the interview, Christine also shared her thought on which part of her gothic winter wonderland-themed wedding should be included on the show. “I would have loved some vows. I would have loved a line from me: I talked with all the girls afterward, they congratulated me,” she dished.
Proud of what she had accomplished for her wedding, Christine added, “I curated my music very well – I was really happy about that, and I walked down the aisle to ‘Sweet but Psycho’ by Ava Max, the violin version; I did my bouquet toss to Iggy Azalea’s ‘Lola’; and I had ‘Phantom of the Opera’ playing when we were announced as husband and wife.”
Some of Christine’s fans were quick to offer support via Twitter. “Just from reading about how amazing your Wedding was + seeing how beautiful, detailed, and luxurious you always are with presentation, I 100[percent] understand why you would be disappointed about this. I would feel the same way. Can’t wait to watch the new Season tonight,” one wrote, while another said, “Oh no! I am so looking forward to tomorrow. I hope you still had an amazing day??”

Christine Quinn received support from fans after voicing her disappointment at ‘Selling Sunset’.
Despite her disappointment, Christine accepted that there was nothing she could have done as she stated, “It is what it is.” To appease her displeasure, she made use of her Instagram account to share a sneak peek into her December 2019 wedding to Christian Richard.

The third season of “Selling Sunset” will be available on Netflix on Friday, August 7.

  • Meghan McCain Looks Annoyed Over 'The View' Question: I'll Return

    Bravo

Meghan, the only conservative co-host on the show, has been rumored to be exiting ‘The View’ as she often argued with co-hosts, prompting her to insinuate that she would leave the show if her opinion is unwanted.
    Aug 7, 2020
AceShowbiz – Meghan McCain is not leaving “The View”. During her appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen”, the 35-year-old assured fans that she would be returning to the talk show after giving birth.
“Why does everyone have to ask me if I’m getting fired or quitting every 20 minutes? No other host has to deal with this BS,” Meghan, who looked annoyed by the question, explained in the Wednesday, August 5 episode. “Yes, I’m coming back. It’s an election cycle. I hate this.”

Meghan has been rumored to be exiting “The View” as she often argued with co-hosts, prompting her to insinuate that she would leave the show if her opinion is unwanted. On July 16, she confronted Joy Behar for being “snippy” with her. “I’m being paid to talk,” she said. “If you have a problem with it, I don’t have to come to work today.”
Co-host Whoopi Goldberg even had to cut Meghan to commercial break during an on-screen argument between Meghan and Joy as they discussed reopening states amid COVID-19 pandemic. Meghan, who is the only conservative co-host on the show, insisted that it was “Democrat wish list.” She yelled during the argument, “I think what’s exhausting is coming on this show every day and being told that Republicans don’t care about anything, we just want people to die, we want children not to be educated, nothing matters.”
This is not the first time Whoopi and Meghan were butting heads, but the latter explained that there are no hurt feelings between them. “You know, it’s live TV and it’s really intense, stressful times for anyone. I adore her; she apologized off air, she apologized on air,” she said on “WWHL” in January. “We all f**ked up on the show. It’s live, it’s every day and I forgive her and I love her.”
Meghan even said that she wouldn’t continue being on the show should Whoopi leave. “Whoopi is the anchor of the show, my life there; she always picks us up when we’re down. But, if she jumps, I jump. I adore her and I need her as the moderator,” she explained.
