Jade Goody's widower Jack Tweed finds love again 12 years after her tragic death

Jade Goody’s widower Jack Tweed has found love again after the tragic death of his Big Brother star wife.

Speaking to The Sun, the 33-year-old shared his happy news 12 years after losing his wife on Mother’s Day.

He told the publication: “I’ve met someone. She’s a really nice girl. We talk every day and it’s probably the most serious I’ve been since Jade.”

Jack revealed that his new girlfriend was from Essex, like Jade, and they met on Instagram.

He admitted to the publication that he still couldn’t help but compare every girl he met to Jade.

Jade was just 27 when she tragically died of cervical cancer in 2009, a month after she married Jack.

Tweed revealed that he and his new girlfriend are not currently speaking after he paid tribute to Jade with social media post last month, on what would have been their twelve-year anniversary.

He continued: “I would feel guilty and horrible if I didn’t acknowledge the days that are special to me though.”

Jade had two sons when she passed away, Bobby and Freddie, who were raised by her ex Jeff Brazier.

Jack helped Jade raise them before her death and he said he misses them terribly.

He said: “I brought the boys up. All the boys’ life and memories of Jade are with me.”

But, Jack admitted he didn’t blame Jeff for cutting him out of his children’s lives.

He recalled: “I didn’t expect Jeff to do anything different – I was getting myself into trouble, so it’s probably the right decision Jeff made.”

Jack was referring to a time he was in trouble with the law before Jade’s death as he once spent some time in prison.

Jeff recently said he feels a responsibility to keep Jade Goody’s memory alive over a decade after her death.

After Jade passed away in 2009, Jeff took their two young boys to Australia in a bid to help them come to terms with the loss in private.

Jeff said: “There are so many ways you can deal with grief. You can prompt a conversation in loads of ways.

Jeff added: “For me, I will go so far as I feel there is a responsibility for me to keep her memory alive, for everyone, not just necessarily of the boys.

“But then there are the conversations in the public eye and the reality, and the two are often very different.”
