Katie Price has claimed that jetting off to Turkey for liposuction is “work” because it will appear on her new show.
The 43-year-old former glamour model is reportedly set to go back under the knife for the procedure after gaining two-stone since breaking her two feet last year.
Turkey is currently on the red list of countries which the UK government says are the highest risk from coronavirus.
Guidelines suggest that red locations should not be visited “except in the most extreme circumstances”.
The mother of five is thought to be filming her latest procedure for her reality show.
A representative for the star told MailOnline: “Katie has travelled with her fiancé to undergo a surgical procedure.

“The purpose of this travel is essential in that it is for her work, she is being filmed undergoing the operation.”
Anybody returning to Britain from a red-list country needs to quarantine in a hotel, at their own expense, for 10 days.
The Page 3 icon, who is engaged to former Love Island star Carl Woods, broke both her feet last summer after suffering a horror fall while on holiday in Turkey with her family.
She jumped off a 25 foot wall and has since been left unable to do much walking.

Katie’s rep added: “Since her horrific accident in Turkey last year that left Katie with life changing injuries, Katie has not been able to exercise or lose weight gained post op in the way she has successfully done so in the past.
“Despite her efforts to lose weight she has gained over two stone – this in turn has put immense pressure and further strain on her feet and is directly affecting her walking and management of day to day as a mother of five without being in constant pain.”
They added: “Katie accepts she is in a fortunate position to be able to undergo this procedure and would like to reassure in doing so is part of her “work”, in sharing her journey as she endures further emotional, mental struggles and challenges.”

Katie’s representative also confirmed to the publication that both the reality star, Carl and camera crew will stay in a mandatory quarantine hotel when they get back.
She had her first liposuction back in 1998 when she was starting her career, as well a breast augmentation taking her from a natural B cup to a C cup.
The former Celebrity Big Brother winner Katie revealed she was having the procedure earlier this month after admitting she was “not happy with her looks”.

Speaking on Steph’s Packed Lunch, the starlet explained: “I have tried so much to lose weight, obviously we want a baby and we’re doing IVF.
“I just want to shift some weight before we do it so I am going to have surgery.”
Host Steph McGovern insisted: “But, you’re not big”
Katie responded: “For me I am. I’m normally 54kg [8.5stone] and now I’m about 68kg [10.7stone] and that is a lot for me.

Katie is already a mum to son Harvey, 19, with former footballer Dwight Yorke, Junior, 16, and 13-year-old Princess with first husband Peter Andre, and Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, with third spouse Kieran Hayler.
Katie and Carl enjoyed some fun in the sun in Portugal last month when the holiday destination was added to the green list.
