Katie hopes to keep hold of her £2million Sussex home. That was recently refurbished as part of Channel 4 project and reality show.
According to The Sun, she will reportedly have to prove to the judge that she has means of paying back her debt. Otherwise her only saving grace is that she’ll have to provide evidence that her home is critical for her work. Back in September, the meeting was adjourned after Katie logged into the court case via webcam. However she had news for those present on the call.
Before the meeting had a chance to formerly begin, Katie lunged into a lengthy rant about how screenshots from the court hearing had made their way onto “tattle sites” with the star now claiming she was “petrified” to attend the hearing. She’s said to be worrying about what else could resurface.
Addressing judge Paul Greenwood, at the time, she said: “Your picture has already been put on this tattle site and they are talking about it.” Which was met with a response from a lady at the hearing who was merely an interested member of public, she replied: “I have not put [up] any screenshots.”
Katie fired back: “You are here to sl** me off. I’m scared to be on here because of these people. They are awful people. I get anxiety… I’m petrified.”
