Stephen Bear has been ordered to pay nearly £30,000 or face a second prison stint for posting the illegal sex tape of his ex Georgia Harrison, a judge has ruled.
During a Proceeds of Crime Act hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court on Thursday (March 28), the disgraced Celebrity Big Brother winner, 34, was ordered to pay £22,305 to the state or face more time in prison. He was also told to pay an additional £5,000 to his ex Georgia in compensation.
The former reality star, who was released from prison on licence in January, gave passers by a thumbs up as he arrived at Chelmsford Crown Court ahead of the hearing. Love Island star Georgia was also present at the Proceeds of Crime Act hearing, who was supported by her mother.

Speaking outside the court following the decision, Ms Harrison shared an emotional speech thanking the police for their continued support throughout the case. She told reporters: “I am grateful to the CPS and Essex Police for all their hard work to ensure the confiscation that was enforced today and to the court for awarding me the money earned by the defendant through the proceeds of the crime.
“Nobody has the right to earn money from any crime but to earn so much from image-based sexual abuse is quite frankly abhorrent. I think it is important that anyone who commits this awful should be made to give any money back to the victim and also the judicial system, especially after a successful conviction.”
Speaking in court today, the All Stars finalist recalled how the footage being published without her consent dramatically impacted her life and her career. She explained: “I had to live in fear that this was going to come out and my family were going to know about it.
“It was just like the worst feeling you can ever possibly imagine. I felt violated, I felt embarrassed – I hated myself for a really long time.” Judge Christopher Morgan said the victim, Ms Harrison, lost work from brands and was forced to pay legal fees due to Bear’s illegal conduct.
He added that Bear posting the CCTV footage had a “devastating” impact on Ms Harrison’s life. The shameless reality star was jailed last year for voyeurism and for sharing private sexual photos and videos to cause distress.
Bear was released from prison in January after serving nearly 11 months behind bars. It comes after the court heard earlier this month that the TV star had made more than £22,000 from the CCTV footage of him and Georgia having sex in the back garden of his property.
At the time, he claimed to be a billionaire on social media, but police later revealed he was actually heavily in debt. Ms Harrison and her All Stars co-star boyfriend Anton Danyluk were present at the initial hearing on March 4, with Bear seen carrying a Louis Vuitton bag and a Mexican Cartel jumper as he arrived at court.
Prosecutor Andrew Bousfield said: “Despite pretending to be a billionaire, his most valuable time was selling sexual videos.”
