Gameshow Family Fortunes is gearing up to make a return to the airwaves after it stopped broadcasting 18-years-ago.
Italian chef and funnyman Gino D’Acampo, 43, will front the show and welcome members of the public onto screens to be contestants when it returns later in the year.
During the show, two families compete head-to-head, answering questions which had been asked to 100 random members of the public.
Despite All-Star Family Fortunes gracing television screens for 11 series before being axed in 2015 hosted by Vernon Kaye, the original show which featured members of the general public ceased filming almost two decades ago.

During its heyday, Family Fortunes filmed over 20 series and was hosted by iconic names such as Les Dennis and Bob Monkhouse.
A source at ITV revealed to The Sun that bosses are keen for it to be back on screens.
It had originally been reported that the popular game show was to go ahead in April with Alan Carr hosting, allowing families to call in from home.

Speaking to the publication, the insider said: “Family Fortunes is one of TV’s most-loved formats and ITV have been looking at when it might be right to bring it back.
“After a successful pilot earlier this year, they’re putting it back on primetime where it belongs.”

They added: “Gino is all but signed and they think he will bring his own unique brand of enthusiasm and charisma to the show.”
Television production companies have recently celebrated after returning to filming as long as social distancing guidelines are met.
