Melanie Sykes teases cleavage in plunging paper-thin sports bra

Melanie Sykes is making sure she’s staying active in lockdown, and took part in yet another gruelling at-home workout.

The Pottery Throwdown host has been urging her Instagram followers to keep moving while gyms are shut due to Covid-19.

Sticking to her word, and practising what she preaches, the ageless beauty added yet another sweaty selfie to Instagram – and fans soon swooned over her glowing complexion.

Squatting on a gym mat, Mel leaned on her hand as she paraded her plunging cleavage in a figure-hugging low-cut sports bra.

With her legs agape, Mel showed off her long, toned pins in a pair of thigh-skimming pink shorts.

Facing the camera, the TV host showed off her sweaty face as she flashed a grin for the camera.

Rocking a make-up free face, Mel still managed to bring the heat despite her laid-back look.

She captioned the shot: “Good morning sugarplums. How are we today? Started my day with a MadFit combo – her arm workout with resistance bands, thigh session and an all-over body is half an hour.

“They all use minimum space, not much kit, if any, and are quiet which is so important when you live in a flat like me, so it’s a win, win, win situation.”

The snap comes weeks after Mel celebrated three years of sobriety, and admitted her life has changed for the better since she ditched the booze.

Taking to the photo-sharing app, she revealed the date also held a special meaning because it marked the two-year anniversary of a momentous trip to India with her close pal, Adam Phillips.

She wrote: “I gave up alcohol completely 3 years ago today whoop whoop and today also marks the 2 year anniversary of my life-changing holiday to India with Adam (how amazing was that trip babes?).

“Anyway blah di blah I’m doing a little dance and you can’t stop me! have a good and positive day y’all. ps and for those asking, no I don’t miss it because it’s toxic bulls**t!”
