Celebs Go Dating duo Wayne Lineker and Chloe Ferry has left fans baffled after posting an engagement snap online.
The TV duo, who grew close during filming of Celebs Go Dating: The Mansion at the end of 2020, can be seen cosying up for a string of pics with Chloe showing off a giant rock on her finger.
In the shots which were uploaded to Wayne’s official Instagram account alongside, the MTV wild child beams away as she hold up her hand to show off her huge ring.
Wrapping his arm around her, Wayne smiled for the camera.
In a second shot, the duo turn to face each other with Chloe tenderly placing her hands on the Ibiza tycoon’s face.

Wayne captioned the upload: “She said YES!”
He added: “Love you Chloe,” before adding a ring emoji and a winking face.
The post was quickly flooded with thousands of likes and messages from adoring fans.
However, despite the initial excitement, there seemed to be more confusion that outright celebration.
One supporter replied: “Wait, what?”
Another added: “Have I missed something?”

A third chimed in: “This is a joke, right?”
Fellow Celeb Go Dating star Tom Zanetti even appeared to get in on the act writing: “Thank you for giving me honour of the best man, really can’t wait for the special day.”
However, many supporters were still not buying the post.
“This is a joke I bet you,” one stated.

A second replied: “It’s a joke obviously. Why is everyone making out it’s real.”
Speaking in December, Wayne, 58, admitted its a shame he couldn’t date his co-star Chloe, 25.
Alongside a post of them inside the plush E4 mansion, Wayne wrote: “Shame I’m not allowed to date the celebs.”
Chloe responded on the shot simply with the words “my boy” alongside a heart faced emoji.
She also updated her Instagram story with a selfie of her and Wayne with “love you” written above the snap.
Chloe has been single ever since splitting from her on/off boyfriend Sam Gowland.
The duo had a notoriously rocky relationship but finally decided to call it quits at the end of 2019.
Sam and Chloe crossed paths following his short stint on Love Island. He then went on to join her in the Geordie Shore house.
