Molly-Mae Hague was absolutely gutted when she discovered she’d been slapped with a £70 parking fine – after returning to her car just five minutes late.
The 22-year-old Love Island star, who starred in the 2019 series of the ITV match-making show, had been feeling in high spirits after hitting the gym for an early morning workout.
However, her productive day soon took a turn for the worse when she arrived back at her lush Range Rover to find out she’d been hit with a parking fine.
The unfortunate parking ticket comes just one month after the fashion influencer passed her driving test in May 2021.
Taking to Instagram to vent her frustration, Molly shared a picture of the awkward yellow parking ticket that had been stuck on the windscreen of her £32,000 custom Range Rover.
Fuming with the parking penalty, Molly penned to her fans: “What a way to ruin my post class mood” before attaching an upside-down smiling face to express her dampened-mood.
She then added: “Paid for a ticket but was 5 mins too late back to car.”
But the blonde bombshell seemed to see the funny side of the mishap, as she proceeded to sign off with a laughing-face emoji on the car-related post.
The YouTube creator appeared to perk up after she was gifted a set of gorgeous make-up gifts from various beauty brands.
She was quick to thank the brands for their fancy packages and shared a selection of snaps of her items – including a new range of concealer and blusher – on social media.
Molly also posted a post-workout selfie with her boxing beau Tommy, affectionately branding her and Tommy “gym buddies forever”.
Molly was over the moon when she bagged her driver’s licence back in May, and telling her followers “This is the happiest day of my life”.
She actually bought her shiny new Range Rover costing over £32,000 before she had passed her test, giving her fans a glimpse into her car-shopping experience.
She admitted to her subscribers: “Correct – I haven’t passed my test. I tried it once and failed horrendously. Either way we’re going to go car shopping”.
It appears new driver Molly, who has apparently been cruising confidently around the Manchester area in her car, inspired her boyfriend Tommy to get his own driving license – and he managed to pass his test earlier this week.
Molly met her ‘gym buddy’ boyfriend Tommy on Love Island in 2019 and have been going strength to strength in their relationship since, with the two often sharing their love for each other on their respective social media accounts.
The smitten couple even sparked engagement rumours on multiple occasions, such as when Molly penned the word “forever” in a caption to an Instagram post last December whilst wearing a silver ring.
Molly fuelled engagement talks again in June this year when she called Tommy her ‘husband’ during a TikTok video as part of a viral social media trend.
