Rylan Clark showcased his jaw-dropping transformation as he shared a ripped social media snap.
The TV presenter was unrecognisable as he showed off his toned physique after ditching alcohol and eating cleanly.
The 33 year old said he is “a new man” after taking part in The Six Pack Revolution programme, a 75-day plan guided with 1:1 sessions by founder Scott Harrison.
Rylan explained how the plan has really “changed my life.”
He said: “Fitness and taking care of my body is always something I’ve wanted to do but never felt I’d be able to.
“Since meeting Scott and following The Six Pack Revolution plan it really has changed my life.
“My attitude to exercise has done a complete U-turn and I am now much more aware of the nutritional benefits of food, which has resulted in me making more conscious decisions on what I’m consuming.”
The star who found fame on the ninth series of The X Factor after finishing in fifth place has said from the transformation his mental healthy has “massively improved too”.
He continued: “I’m literally a new man! I’ve always worried about taking this step but it really has improved me for the better.
“If I can do this then anyone reading this can too. My advice is to just take that first step to love and care for yourself before you put someone else ahead of you.”
The Celebrity Big Brother winner completed 10 to 15 minutes of exercise each day with two sessions of 30 minutes a week.
Following on from his new fitness regime, he has gained 1st 5lb in weight and has increased the size around his back by over 4 inches.
Fans and celebrity friends of Rylan’s have gushed over his new look after he shared a snap showing off his ripped abs to Instagram.

The Morning presenter, Ruth Langsford wrote: “Wow!,” followed by several fire and clapping hand emojis.
“Looking hot Rylan,” added BBC Sport presenter Gabby Logan.
Rylan was told what exercise to do and what to eat and drink by trainer Scott.
Scott added: “Wow what a ride! We’ve had laughter, we’ve had tears and we’ve worked around filming schedules, tv shows and a new set of teeth!
“Most importantly we have worked on overcoming the obstacles to achieve a new body and mind that is strong, physically, mentally and emotionally.”
