Just hours before Knitting took to the stage for their second performance of the series, the Celebrity Big Brother star shared a short video of her doing some crafting.

In view of her 168,000 followers, she captioned the video: “Happy Saturday! This is where I’ll be for the foreseeable.”

There have been plenty of other clues that have linked Claire to Knitting, including a number mentioned in a riddle which turned out to be the sum of 5,6,7,8 – the title of the iconic Steps track.

Claire is a keen watcher of The Masked Singer and has been vocal about who she thinks is hiding behind the masks.

She also shared her theories surrounding other celebrities, suggesting that Australian Delta Goodrem could be singing behind Fawn.

Knitting found themselves in the sing-off up against the show’s first ever double act, Cat & Mouse, but was saved by the judges.

Cat & Mouse were then unveiled as married couple Martin and Shirlie Kemp in what judge Davina McCall called “the best reveal ever”.

Asked if their son, Roman Kemp knew that they had taken part, Shirlie confessed: “No this is going to embarrass him. Most people say they are doing it for their kids.”

The EastEnders actor added: “We’re doing it to embarrass them.”
