Kate Moss raked in whopping £3million last year as her huge net worth skyrockets

Age-defying supermodel Kate Moss is still raking in the cash – at 46.

She banked £3million last year as reserves in her main business rocketed to £11.8m.

Newly published figures for Kate Moss Ltd for the 12 months to last November reveal the continued growth of her brand.

The company had assets of £13.7m with held in cash at the bank.

The figure was reduced after taking into account £1.8m owed to creditors – including a £300,000 tax bill.

But Kate remains one of the world’s most-in-demand models.

Last year she featured on the covers of magazines across the globe, notching up her 40th appearance on the front of Vogue and 21st in French Vogue.

Editor-in-chief of British Vogue Edward Enninful (corr) wrote that Moss was a ‘cultural icon and shimmering national treasure’.

As well as modelling she also runs a stable of young models and still has lucrative deals with fashion companies such as Giorgio Armani.

Yesterday (wed) she scotched rumours she had got engaged to long-term love photographer Nikolai von Bismarck – insisting a new diamond on her wedding finger was just a gift `from the boyfriend’.

She said: ‘Oh, no, I’m not engaged. It’s more like, I’m in a relationship, I’m committed.

“I think after you’ve been married that finger feels a bit empty.

“It was an, `I’m going out with you, and I have a very empty finger, so give me a ring’ kind of present.”

She split from ex-husband Jamie Hince – the guitarist from rock band The Kills – in 2015 after four years of marriage.

Kate spent the first lockdown at her Cotswolds home with daughter Lila Grace, von Bismarck whom she has dated for five years, her half-sister Lottie and her hairdresser best pal James Brown.

She admitted emerging from it had been difficult.

“I didn’t want to see anybody at first – I was like, ‘What do you mean I’ve got to go to a dinner?'” she said.

Models used to be warned their careers would be over at 30.

But according to lifestyle website Brightside today’s 30-year-old’s look just the same as 20-year-olds.

It states: “When today’s 30-year-old girls were growing up they constantly heard that the age of a woman’s beauty ended at 30.

“It was the end of entertainment and happiness. But the stereotypes have changed.

“We don’t worry about these numbers anymore and we feel young which has a positive effect on our appearance.”

The website said a wider choice of skin care products and cosmetics, more gyms and the growth of well-being clinics specialising in yoga and massage help women preserve their looks much longer.
