Stacey Solomon forced to take social media break as she says she'll 'miss fans'

Loose Women star Stacey Solomon has announced another departure from social media, after she’s been forced to quit.

The mum-of-three, 31, explained it’d due to her iPhone needing to go in for repairs and it might not come back to her until the weekend, meaning she won’t be able to update fans on what she gets up to.

Stacey is a huge fan of Instagram and has racked up an impressive 3.8 million followers on the app, and she admitted she’s really sad about the forced break, despite having taken voluntary breaks in the past.

Stacey thinks of her followers like her friends

The Loose Women panellist joked she might even think about nicking boyfriend Joe Swash’s phone.

Speaking on her Instagram stories while she brushed her teeth and did her makeup, Stacey said: “I have got to go to work and then hand my phone in for repairs today because the sound is so bad oh my god.

“I’ve just been putting it off for ages but it’s got to go.”

Stacey explained the break would be difficult for her as her Instagram followers are like her friends.

Stacey explained on her Instagram stories what the situation was

She continued: “It could take up to three days so I might not get my phone back until Saturday.

“I’m going to be off here for a little while, which I hate because I feel like I’ve got a load of mates on here and I hate not being able to talk to them.

“I’ll miss you all loads.”

Stacey added: “It might come back a bit quicker but it might not, so if I don’t see you until Saturday I hope you have a lovely next few days.

“Look after yourselves, I miss you already love you loads.”

Stacey often takes short social media breaks to have phone-free days with her family.

With Joe Swash she shares one-year-old son Rex, and she is also mum to Zachary, 12, and Leighton, eight, from previous relationships.
