Strictly's James Cracknell urges Tyson Fury to stop masturbating 7 times a day

Strictly Come Dancing contestant and Olympic gold medalist, James Cracknell has hit back at Tyson Fury who has claimed he masturbates up to seven times a day.

Ahead of his fight with Deontay Wilder, Tyson said: “I’m doing a lot of things I didn’t before. I’m eating five or six meals a day, drinking eight litres of water. If it’s gonna give me an edge, I’m willing to try it.

“I’m masturbating seven times a day, keep my testosterone pumping.”

Cracknell who was the first celebrity to be given the boot from Strictly said: “If he’s got the energy to . . . seven times a day, he needs to do some more training.

“Being on training camps with Matthew Pinsent may have admittedly curtailed my enthusiasm.

“But first, there was not enough time, and second there was not enough energy to do it seven times a day.”

He went on to say: “I would definitely not do it in the week of a race for sure.”

He later added that he would “be dead within a year”, if he ever gave up the gym.

Speaking to Behind The Gloves, he said: “Then Sunday comes and every Sunday I am absolutely suicidal – every single Sunday whether I am in camp or I am at home.”
