Gino D'Acampo says his wife isn't jealous by him being surrounded by women

Gino D’Acampo has lifted the lid on his marriage to his wife Jessica Stellina Morrison, admitting she isn’t “jealous” of him being surrounded by hundreds of women.

The This Morning chef married Jessica in 2002, and revealed the secret to their long-lasting marriage is down to trust.

Speaking to the Mail’s Weekend magazine, he said: “I employ more than 700 women in my restaurants. In TV, I’m surrounded by women. I love it.

“Women are more interesting than men, but my wife loves it too. She doesn’t get jealous.

“She understands that if you want to be unfaithful, you’ll do it anyway. It’s a matter of trust.”

And Gino shares similar feelings, adding: “If she wants to have dinner with an ex-boyfriend, I couldn’t care less.

“I want her to be happy. If that makes her happy that evening, I’m doing my job.”

The couple met while he was working in Sylvester Stallone’s Mambo King restaurant in Marbella. He was just 18 years old at the time and he previously said she was his first love.

They relocated to the UK, and married in 2002, before welcoming three children together – Luciano, 18, Rocco, 15, and Mia, eight.

And it would seem Gino and his co-star Gordon Ramsay are set to get a lot closer as it was recently revealed his son Luciano is dating the Hells Kitchen star’s daughter, Tilly.

Gino found out about the relationship while working with Gordon on the latest series of Gordon, Gino & Fred: American Road Trip.

“I FaceTime my son Luciano during the trip and he was in a restaurant and he was saying ‘Hi’ to Gordon and all of a sudden, Tilly appears,” he told Woman Magazine.

“Look, I don’t care, it’s nothing to do with me, but Gordon cares, of course.

“Because if something happens serious then Matilda will be called Matilda D’Acampo! Gordon hates that. Can you imagine it?”
