Gregg Wallace shows off yoga skills as he flaunts results of 4 stone weight loss

Gregg Wallace has been showing off the results of his weight loss after shedding an incredible four stone.

The 55-year-old MasterChef star has undergone somewhat of a transformation after admitting he wanted his wife Anne-Marie Sterpini to be “physically attracted” to him.

And it seems part of Gregg’s epic lifestyle change has been practising yoga.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Gregg shared a snap of him mid-pose in his back garden.

Grinning in the sunshine, the dad-of-three balanced on one trim leg and held his hands together in a prayer pose, known as Anjali Mudra in the world of yoga.

Gregg is wearing a pair of grey shorts and a matching adidas T-shirt as he shows off his impressive balance skills alongside a female pal.

He captioned the post: “Yoga – coming soon to @greggshowme.fit,” referring to his fitness page which has tracked his epic journey.

Gregg’s fans were quick to comment on the snap with one person simply writing: “Wowwwwwwwwwww.”

A second person added: “You’ve done amazing Gregg,” while a third said: “Gregg can’t wait to see you do yoga!”

It seems Gregg still has a healthy appetite whilst keeping the weight off and on Wednesday he took to his Instagram Story to let his followers in on a secret.

“Actually gotta make a small confession when I’m filming in these factories… I really, really like canteen food! Factory canteen food, I love it!” he said.

He later shared a picture of his lunch which appeared to be a roast dinner with all the trimmings – which Gregg referred to as “working man’s lunch”.

His day out filming comes after he posted a topless photo on Instagram on Tuesday showing off his trimmed physique and chest tattoo.

Gregg simply captioned the pic: “If I can do it – so can you.”

The former greengrocer used to weigh 16 stone before embarking on his new healthy lifestyle.

In a recent interview, he told The Mirror: “I’ve got more energy and stamina and I’m stronger and leaner than I was at 25.”

However, he does allow himself a treat from time-to-time, including a cheeky pint of beer.

“When we slip up we tend to chuck it all in, but that’s not the way,” he explained.

“You’re going to slip up. You’re going to go to the pub, drink too much and get a kebab on the way home.

“There is no way I’m going through the week without a pint of beer. But I’m careful most of the time and here I am, as fit as a butcher’s dog.”
