“Therefore, we will not be pursuing this matter at this time.”

Kanye is believed to have reported to the USA – where he is set for a busy few weeks as his wife Kim turns 40.

Kanye recently shocked the world after launching into a Twitter rant about his wife – telling his followers he has been trying to get a divorce.

Amid a string of posts, Kanye wrote: “I been trying to get divorced since Kim met with Meek at the Waldorf for prison reform.”

After social media went into meltdown, Kanye later apologised for the post.

Kanye wrote: “I would like to apologise to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter.

“I did not cover her like she has covered me.

“To Kim I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me.”

While Kim is yet to comment publicly on the rant, she did post a cryptic quote online.

Her Instagram story post read: “A year from now, everything you’re stressing about won’t mean a thing.

“Be thankful, smile more, spend more time with family and don’t stress the small things.

“This is our one chance at life.

“Don’t let anyone or anything take away your happiness
