Kate Ferdinand cradles growing baby bump after admitting she feels 'exhausted'

Kate Ferdinand looked radiant as she cradled her blossoming baby bump in a new Instagram snap.

The mum-to-be announced she was expecting her first child with husband Rio Ferdinand last month – and has been keeping social media users updated with her pregnancy journey.

Taking to Instagram once again, the former TOWIE star admitted she’s all about the comfort as she donned a pair of trainers and a loose-fitting dress.

Wearing a black midi dress, featuring a clinched-in waist, the 29-year-old was all smiles as the garment gently skimmed her blooming bump.

With her blonde tresses cascading past her shoulders, she finished the laid-back look with a pair of fashionable white trainers.

She wrote underneath: “Lovely little day out today. Trainers all day every day at the minute. Comfort first.”

And it wasn’t long before she was inundated with comments from her thousands of followers.

One wrote: “You look lovely, glowing,” while another added: “Beautiful.”

The snap comes after Kate opened up about feeling exhausted, confessing she “there are still days I feel absolutely wiped out”.

Kate is already a step-mother to Rio’s three children from his marriage to his first wife, Rebecca Ellison, who passed away in 2015.

Speaking about her change in emotion, the mum-to-be explained she is suffering from “terrible guilt” having to go back to bed while Rio looks after the children.

Kate wrote: “I’ve been pretty quiet on here recently. Honestly, I’ve just been so exhausted I don’t know whether I’m coming or going.

“There are still days I feel absolutely wiped out, have terrible migraines & I do just go back to bed,” she added.

“In all honesty those days, I feel so useless and have been having terrible guilt that I’m not around for the kids and Rio is doing everything.”

Katie was quickly praised for giving her honest account of pregnancy.
