Maura Higgins launches Fanny Flutters beauty range after racy Love Island phrase

Love Island bombshell Maura Higgins previously revealed to her Instagram following she’s releasing a make-up collection in collaboration with a brand, and it has just been revealed the name of her collection.

In reference to the famous line she coined in the ITV villa last year, Maura’s soon-to-be-dropped range is titled “Fanny Flutters”.

Taking to Instagram earlier today, the former Irish ring girl decided to set up a YouTube channel to tie in with the release, and took a screenshot of her new branding, which unveiled the title of her collection.

She said: “Got there in the end with all of your help. Thank you all very much.”

Elsewhere in the video, she informed fans she will be updating her channel with hair and make-up tutorials, explaining: “Stay tuned next weekend for the reveal.”

In an Instagram story uploaded over the weekend, she revealed that her make-up line was due to drop earlier this year, but due to Covid-19 and lockdown, the release date was pushed back.

Maura found fame on Love Island 219 and fast became a fan favourite thanks to her witty one-liners and her popular “fanny flutters” phrase.

She first used the term when she arrived in the house and was wine and dined by fellow singleton Tommy Fury.

After laying eyes on the strapping boxer, Maura proclaimed she had feelings in her intimate area.

While her romance with Tommy never got off the ground, she soon struck up a romance with professional dancer Curtis Pritchard, and the pair went onto bag fourth place in the final.

Maura’s make-up line is her latest business venture following her stint on Dancing on Ice earlier this year.

Teasing fans about the line, she revealed the collection consists of 34 items – perfect for both day and night looks.
