Miley Cyrus says she 'faked it' with ex Liam Hemsworth in brutal new song lyrics

Miley Cyrus is said to be releasing a new single revealing she faked things with then-husband Liam Hemsworth.

The Wrecking Ball singer, 27, and the Hunger Games actor, 30, called time on their relationship this year and eventually divorced.

During their relationship, the couple were on and off for a decade after they met while on the set of The Last Song, in which they both took lead roles.

Now, reports claim that Miley’s seventh studio album, which has taken her three years to master, will delve into their bedroom antics.

The Sun report that the track Win Some, Lose Some, will feature lyrics such as: “Last night was the nail in the coffin, Lord knows we were already dead.

“Look back and the memory’s haunted, can’t believe we did it again, yeah. Can’t count all the times that I faked it, thank God for the thoughts in my head.”

The report adds that the chorus goes on to say that while the subject of the song hurt Miley “the worst”, she can’t continue to pretend.

However, Liam is believed to be the focus of another song on the record, titled WTF Do I Do which includes lyrics: “Maybe getting married just to cause a distraction.”

Others lyrics say that Miley doesn’t miss her ex and has refused to apologise for what happened during their relationship.

Following their break-up, Miley began dating friend and blogger Kaitlynn Carter.

Their relationship, however, was short-lived and Miley moved on with Australian singer-model Cody Simpson.

Sadly, the pair called time on their relationship in August, after dating for less than one year.

Miley has previously addressed the breakdown of her marriage, saying it “f***ing sucked” and she was “villainised” by the public.

Speaking on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast she said: “What really sucked about it wasn’t the fact that me and someone that I loved realised that we don’t love each other the way that we used to anymore.

“That’s okay, I can accept that. I can’t accept the villainising, and just all those stories.”

She added that it’s “amazing” that the public failed to acknowledge what led to the divorce.

“It’s not, ‘One day you were happy on the carpet and the next day you were making out with your friend in Italy’, what the f**k?

“There’s a lot of time in between that you didn’t see,” she said.
