Flexing her impressive arm and back muscles in a black bralette, the songstress is drenched in sweat as she performs a jumping plank on a yoga mat.
Former rugby player Thom, 35, who is topless in his black shorts, practises his punches in another section of the room.
While Nicole is channelling her inner core strength in the “moving plank” position, she starts jiggling her bum and tapping her feet rhythmically.

The Masked Singer judge shared the clip and tagged her personal trainer, saying: “There are two types of people at the gym.”
Nicole previously shared a photo of herself and Thom posed in their Los Angeles garden.

The beau showed off her toned midriffs on a training bike and Thom put on a big grin while holding onto Nicole’s arm.
The couple had just returned from a trip to the eastern Caribbean island of St Lucia, where they enjoyed a sun-soaked getaway with a lot of outdoor activities.
