She went on to say: “And I thought about innocent, naive, little Perrie sat on her inflatable chair, surrounded by beanie babies, and her pink phone (that didn’t actually work btw it was never plugged in).

“And I just wanted to turn back time for a quick second.”

The snap showed an inflatable chair, a fluffy pink landline phone and dozens of stuffed cuddly toys.

She later urged haters to “suck her d**k” (Image: perrieedwards/Instagram)

In another post, the Wasabi songstress let social media trolls go over her head as she shared a picture of a famous Furby toy.

Accompanying her post, she said: “They really were the best times!

“Not a care or a worry in the world. Other than the fact I cut my brothers Furby’s hair playing hairdressers and then he gave me a dead leg and broke mine.

“And before you call me ungrateful for having a moan… suck my d***.”

Perrie and her bandmates are about to throw themselves into a whirlwind few weeks ahead of the release of their sixth studio album, Confetti.

As well as creating the record, the group have been working behind the scenes creating the next big band who will support them on an upcoming arena tour.

Little Mix: The Search has seen the girls narrow down a number of finalists on their own talent show, rivalling The X Factor, where they found fame.

Speaking about the show Jade Thirlwall, 27, said: “It’s really authentic. We’ve lived the experience ourselves.

“As mentors, we’re hands-on and want to support them during and after the show.”

She added: “It’s a new way of doing things and we don’t follow the stereotypical rules of a talent TV show. We want to really support the acts, and I think that will really resonate with the audience watching.”
