Stacey Solomon admits difficulties with three kids in frank Loose Women chat

Loose Women star Stacey Solomon admitted that she finds bedtime difficult at home with her three children.

The 30-year-old, who is mum to Zach, 12, Leighton, eight, and Rex, one, opened up on the ITV show today.

Stacey, who is loved-up with partner Joe Swash, said: “Bedtime is a shambles. My middle child Leighton will always go to bed at around 7.30pm because he gets tired and falls asleep.”

“Zach is a teenager and is getting to that age where we have to bribe with some gaming hours and treats.

“Rex has only just started going through the night.

“Them being back in school is making it easier but I pray for bedtime.

A laughing Stacey added: “I sometimes a tear up at like 5pm and say ‘few more hours Stacey you can do it’.”

As well as talk about her kids on the show today, Stacey declared she is “not famous” during the latest instalment of the ITV daytime show.

Host Christine Lampard was in the anchor’s seat on Friday alongside panellists Jane Moore, Kelly Bryan, while Stacey joined the conversation from the comfort of her own home via a video link.

The all-female panel kicked off today’s show by discussing whether or not they have a certain perception of themselves.

Newspaper columnist Jane, 57, told her Loose Women pals that she has learnt to stop caring about what people think of her.

Former X factor contestant Stacey pointed out that she had “no regrets” and that she finds it bizarre when people ask what it’s like to be in the public eye.

Stacey said: “If anyone says to me ‘What is it like being famous’ I just want to throw up and I cringe’.

“Simon Cowell is famous. I’m not famous.

“I look at you girls and think you lot are famous.”

Stacey appeared on ITV singing competition The X Factor back in 2019 and finished third place on the sixth series of the show.

The TV star was part of Friday’s panel alongside Christine Lampard, Kelle Bryan and Jane Moore

The mother of three won the tenth series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! In 2010 and her debut single, a cover of Driving Home for Christmas was released the following year.

In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year, she presented I’m a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Loose Women airs weekdays on ITV at 12.30pm
