Billie Faiers and Greg Shepherd have a whopping 53 windows fitted in latest home update

TOWIE star Billie Faiers and husband Greg Shepherd have let fans know the latest on their home renovations, after announcing they had 53 windows fitted.

On Wednesday night’s episode of Billie & Greg: The Family Diaries, the couple, chatted about what had been going on in their home as of late.

Billie revealed: “When we first pulled up to the house, the first things I could see were the windows.”

With Greg adding: “Windows were a massive expense, so it’s nice to see something you’ve spent so much money on, and see them in.”

Billie and Greg were also joined by their two children Nelly, seven, and Arthur, four, as they admired their dream home.

The mum-of-two also added: “Wow, it’s actually looking like a house!”

The family then went indoors and looked back at how far they had come over the last few weeks.

Billie said: “Well, we’ve made the first hiccup with the house. All the beams have bent so they’ve ripped back all the ceiling.”

The reality star continued: “Honestly, this house should have been squashed from the beginning. It should have been.”

The change of location has caused tensions between the couple due to the high-stress situation of the move and the issues of the house.

In a recent interview with OK!, Billie confessed: “It’s a lot of stress. Doing the house renovation is literally a full-time job in itself.”

“It’s another workload, and it does cause a lot of tension and pressure. The house renovation caused a few rifts between us.”

Greg agreed and said: “Decisions have to be made, and if you’re not making them, there’s going to be a backlog with the builder – and this has a knock-on effect. Hence, it causes a row.”

The family hope to be moving into the property early next year, with all going well from now.

Greg added: “It’s really coming together now. We’re probably not going to be in there until February, maybe March, next year.”

With the blonde bombshell concluding: “We went there recently, and for the first time, I felt like we were looking at a home.

“I had that excited feeling. It’s been a really long process, but it will be worth it in the end.”
