Corrie fans spot blunder as Will smashes up Billy and Paul's flat without gloves

Coronation Street viewers were left perplexed as they spotted a gaffe as Todd attempted to takedown Paul.

ITV viewers saw Paul prepare for a day in court while Todd continued to meddle with the character and his partner Billy.

Todd has been trying to sabotage Billy’s relationship with Paul as he thought he was a better match for the vicar.

As they went to court, Todd instructed Will to smash up Billy and Paul’s Weatherfield home.

Paul was left relieved as he received a community order, but the character was unaware of Todd’s cruel plans.

Viewers saw Will force his way into Paul and Billy’s flat and begin trashing the place.

However, Summer a terrified caught the criminal in the act as she walked in.

Fans quickly noticed a blunder as Will didn’t cover his tracks.

Viewers pointed out that the character wasn’t wearing gloves, so his identity easily be found out by the police as his fingerprints would be all over the flat.

One tweeted: “The master criminal isn’t wearing gloves. His DNA will be all over everything.”

While another wrote: “I’m no house breaker but even I’m clever enough to make sure I wear gloves at least.”

A third added: “That young burglar not heard of GLOVES??”

“Not even wearing gloves”, said a fourth.

After Summer caught will, she rushed downstairs.

In dramatic scenes the character got run over by a car in the road and was rushed to hospital.

Paul knew that Will was the burglar and when he admitted it to Billy, the character was furious.

He blamed him for letting Will into their lives which led to Summer’s painful ordeal.

Fans went into meltdown after seeing the horrifying scenes involving Summer.

One tweeted: “Please let Summer be okay.”

While another wrote: “No!! Summer being hit by a car!”

A third added: “OMG Summer”.

“Oh no Summer. Todd’s plan has backfired on him”, penned another.

Coronation Street airs Mondays and Wednesdays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm with an hour long episode at 7.30pm on Fridays on ITV.
