Hollyoaks wouldn’t be the same without the McQueen family.
Actress Jorgie Porter has been dazzling viewers as blonde bombshell Theresa McQueen since 2008.
Since finding fame on in the serial drama, the TV beauty has been a staple part of the popular Channel 4 soap and its spin-off Hollyoaks Later.
Theresa and the rest of the McQueens have faced homelessness in recent scenes as Tony Hutchinson prepares to sell The Dog pub, with viewers anxious to see what will happen to the beloved family
As well as starring in Hollyoaks, Jorgie has led an interesting life, including landing the lead role in Fame: The Musical in 2020, dating a soap co-star and some rather unusual photo requests from fans.
Racy confessions

Jorgie reportedly got candid about her love life while taking part in ITV reality show I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! back in 2015.
However, some of her campfire confessions were apparently so racy that they couldn’t be aired on television.
Fans of the gruelling TV series learned that Jorgie is a big fan of ‘self love’, but after the chat, the actress even confessed: “I’m going to regret that.”
Other celebrities who took part in the series included Lady C, Kieron Dyer and Tony Hadley, with Geordie Shore star Victoria Pattison taking the jungle crown.
Saucy snap requests

With an increase in stars signing up to the subscription site Only Fans, Jorgie previously told Daily Star that although she is not on the adult-only platform, fans do slide into her DMs occasionally and ask for racy photos.
She also revealed one of the most frequent and unusual requests – photos of her feet.
One of the requests even included photos of Jorgie’s feet walking in jelly, but the star has said that her feet aren’t up to the requests.
She previously told us: “I haven’t got the feet for it. They’re like Nik Naks.”
Co-star romance

Jorgie revealed in 2011 that she had a secret co-star romance with fellow Hollyoaks actor James Atherton, who played Will Savage.
Talking to Gossip Monthly, Jorgie said: “Me and James have been dating a while and it is the first time I have dated a co-star. I’ve never actually admitted that we have been going out!”
She added that their relationship was going really well, but that she found it strange working with her boyfriend onscreen.
“Things are going really well and he is a great guy, I can’t shut up about him,” Jorgie gushed at the time.
“It is a little weird working with him on set. We will be doing a scene and then afterwards it is like, ‘So do you want to hang out after this?'”.
However the romance wasn’t meant to be and the couple have since split up, with Jorgie now engaged to fiancé Ollie Piotrowski since December 5 2021.
Miscarriage heartbreak
In November, Jorgie revealed that she had miscarried quadruplets at just 14 weeks.
Talking to Sharon Carpenter on the Loose Lips podcast, she said that she had not told anyone about her miscarriage for weeks after it happened, as she “could not find anyone” who had been through the same experience and that miscarriage wasn’t a subject that young people learn about in school.
“We were just never taught, we were never taught how to handle emotions, it was never in our mindsets for that to happen,” said Jorgie.

“I think if you’re a young woman if that happens you sort of question it. You still don’t know why this happens, we still don’t have any understanding, doctors never really tell you why.
“Four for me was the reason why, maybe they couldn’t fit in. If this could change the way we know more about it, if this is anything that brings to the table that would be incredible.”
She said that Ollie had been ‘super supportive’ and that she had received a lot of supportive messages from people, adding: “Right now I feel very loved by everyone I’ve had the most amazing response, amazing messages people have been incredible, event on sites where you think people wouldn’t usually be that nice, I’ve felt the love.”
