Jade Goody's model son Bobby, 17, is targeted by cruel trolls like his late mum

Jade Goody’s son Bobby has already experienced online trolling, says his dad Jeff Brazier.

Despite being at the start of his career, Bobby, 17, is said to have found out the hard way about cruel trolls on social media.

Jeff says that despite the unwanted negative comments, Bobby is also one to turn a blind eye.

The presenter said: “I know they’re going to experience it. I think they have at times.

“I know Bobby’s pretty good with it. He’s able to ignore it.”

He added of his and Jade’s youngest son Freddie: “He hasn’t quite had his moment of prominence, if you like.

“He’s still followed by a ridiculous amount of people for a kid his age, but I don’t think he really uses it that much. He just uses it to communicate with friends.”

Jeff added The Sun: “Of course you worry about these things but keeping the lines of communication open in case something unnecessary is said [is important]. They can share it and we’ll work it out together.”

Prior to lockdown Bobby looked set to follow in his mum’s footsteps and become a household name.

His modelling had started to take off and he had walked the catwalk for Dolce and Gabbana during fashion week in Milan.

Jeff recently told Daily Star: “I think he was really happy with modelling before the lockdown.

“We have had this conversation on countless occasions within our house, that it is important to have a skill and something that you are actually being spoken of instead of who your mum and dad are.

“That is really important to him and I have been hitting him with that one from a very young age.

“So whilst I know there will be opportunities for him that will maybe take him in that [showbiz] direction I would hope that modelling, which is his real passion, what he really wants to do, will mean that actually he can be spoken about for what he does for a living as opposed to anything else.

“If he ever wants to talk about his mum that is at his own discretion.”

He added: “We all have our fingers crossed that as soon as lockdown ends and industries are able to start opening up again that he will be able to hit the ground running.

“He’s certainly done a lot of work on his own self-development both physically and mentally during lockdown.

“I’ve been really proud of him actually. He’s been doing a lot of lovely things for himself.

“He is invested in himself and hopefully that will pay off for him.”
