Her chiropractor fiancé went on to say: “The first Helly we found was an old Norwegian sea captain, from a place in Norway called Moss, a tiny little town where my grandmother is from.

“We looked him up and he was a big, bearded guy like myself and it sort of fell into place.”

The loved-up couple decided to give their son two middle names, one being Juel – a Norwegian name similar to Yule which relates to the tot being born shortly after Christmas.

While the second, Parsell, is the maiden name of Kara’s mum, Carol, who passed away in March 2019.

Helly was born after Kara decided on an elective Caesarean section after enduring a four-day labour with Frey, who was later born by emergency C-section.
