Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Lisa Rinna's mum Lois dies aged 93 after stroke

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna’s mother has sadly passed away after a stroke.

Lois Rinna died at the age of 93 on Monday morning, after suffering a stroke a few days earlier.

Reality star Lisa confirmed the news on her social media account as she paid an emotional tribute to her mum, calling her an “angel”.

Lisa took to Instagram and shared a beautiful snap of Lois from years ago as she grieved her mum.

She wrote: “Lois DeAndrade Rinna, June 7, 1928 – November 15, 2021 5:05am.

“Heaven Has a New Angel.”

Lisa suggested that her beloved mother had passed away at 5:05am as she added the timestamp in her post.

Amelia Hamlin, Lisa’s daughter, paid her own tribute to Lois as she shared a series of sweet photos of her grandmother from over the years.

Amelia wrote: “My guardian angel for the rest of time,

“I love you so much my Lolo… you were and will always be much more than a grandma to me.. you were my best friend. My strength. My rock. My everything.”

The model went on to say that Lois has joined her late husband, Frank, who passed away in January 2016.

She continued: “And just like that.. you’re back with Frank.

“I know they’re having a party for you., and you are dancing your way through heaven. You’ll never be gone. ‘I did it my way. ‘Me too.'”

Lois made a number of appearances on RHOBH with her daughter Lisa over the years, and she became a fan favourite for her caring nature and no-nonsense outlook on life.

Last week, Lisa revealed the sad news that her mother had suffered a stroke.

Taking to Instagram, she said: “I know how much you appreciate and LOVE Lois so I need to tell you…

“So lets celebrate her and send her so much love while she transitions.

“I was so conflicted to share this very very sad news with you, but I know you would want to know.

“Nobody tells you how to do this. You know, there’s not a handbook. There’s never a way to be ready to let go,”

Mum Lois had previously suffered a stroke back in 2013, but she managed to recover.
