Tributes flood in for Helen McCrory as husband announces her tragic death

British actor Noel Clarke has lead tributes to Harry Potter and Peaky Blinders actress Helen McCrory after it was confirmed she has died aged 52 following a battle with cancer.

Helen played the role of Narcissa Malfoy in JK Rowling’s blockbuster films.

BAFTA winner Noel took to Twitter shortly before “Helen McCrory” started trending and wrote: “RIP Helen McCrory you were the best and always lovely to me.

“It was a pleasure to work with you. Love ya. Blessings to Damian and the family.”

Dermot O’Leary added: “Had the good fortune to meet and interview Helen McCrory a few times.

“A mighty talent, with always a hint of mischief. Really lovely company. Very sad news.”
