X Factor's Cher Lloyd brands judge Louis Walsh 'horrible' as she reignites feud

Cher Lloyd who is best known for taking part in The X Factor over a decade ago has claimed judge Louis Walsh was “horrible” to her.

The 27-year-old Swagger Jagger hitmaker was just 16 when she auditioned for the ITV singing competition and recently reunited with Rylan Clarke on episode one of his new podcast Ry-Union.

When asked by Rylan if she would want a ‘Ry-union’ with the ITV judge she had a lot to say about him.

She said: “No because he don’t like me.

“Louis Walsh, was horrible to me.

“He still says stuff about me, when I left the show.”

Commenting on Louis still talking about her, she added: “When Louis’ not doing X factor, he’s not doing a lot, perhaps he needed something to talk about. He started on me.”

Louis was a judge on the hit ITV reality show for more than 10 years as Cher entered the competition for the seventh series in 2010 and finished in fourth place.

When asked if the singer would ever want to sort the situation out with the Irish manager, Cher said: “What for? Sorry. Me? Hold a grudge? No.”

X-Factor judge Louis claimed at the time of the show, Cher was “too big for her boots,” following rumours of behind-the-scenes tantrums as the then-teen was forced to perform in Cheryl’s heels after she admitted to having a wardrobe meltdown backstage.

Speaking to Rylan she explained how “vulnerable” she felt while on the show as she was chased by paparazzi and had to remember to “always wear shorts under her skirt,” due to the upskirting law not being in place at the time.

Cher shared: “You’d go to get into a car and they would place the camera below which made me very frustrated that I was alone because at times the media was so harsh to me.”

Explaining how she “fitted” the reality show’s “bratty teenager” role, she added: “I had no voice except for singing on a Saturday night.”

Years after being on the reality show, Cher is now a mother and lives in Essex with her husband, Craig Monk.

When Cher was 20 she married hairdresser Craig in 2013 and years later became a mum to a daughter, Delilah-Rae in 2018.

The couple lived in Los Angeles for a few years after getting married before moving back to the UK to live more of a private lifestyle.
