Amanda Holden is well known for her jaw-dropping Instagram posts and she didn’t disappoint with her latest outing.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 51, caught the attention of her 1.8million followers when she shared a clip showing her exercising wearing a skimpy black nightie with floral patterns after getting out of bed.
The bombshell is seen at the start of the clip lying in her bed before leaping out of it to reveal she was wearing the nightwear which showed off her ageless physique and slim pins.
Energetic Amanda then proceeded to pick up two small dumbbells from her bedside table before doing bicep curls with them in front of full length mirrors.
The Heart Radio presenter then strolled into her bathroom before emerging wearing a glamourous white floral pattered dress and giving a cheeky grin to the camera.

She is then seen walking out of her home’s door after picking up keys from a table and placing them in her handbag.
Earlier this week Amanda sent her fan’s pulses racing when she shared a picture of herself in an eye-catching mini dress.
Amanda uploaded a stunning snap to her story, which showed off her long legs and impressive figure.

The presenter flashed a smile at the camera as she stepped out into the road, one hand on her chest and another clutching a bag as she strutted away.
She covered her face with large black sunglasses and styled her signature blonde hair behind her shoulders as she walked in a pair of nude high heels.
The dress showed off Amanda’s figure and featured a low square neckline and a short hem that cut off above the knee.

The bright green colour accentuated her bronzed glow and Holden accessorised with gold bracelets and necklaces.
Amanda tagged Karen Millen as the designer of the dress and Kate Spade as the designer for the bag.
