While a fourth social media user said: “Glad you are recovering, nice sweet piece of fruit, ideal to aid full health.”

It comes after Nina clapped back after a social media user left nasty comments under one of her posts.

During an episode of the morning programme, the broadcaster ventured to a theatre in the heart of Blackburn where she met the cast of Cinderella, before getting herself more involved in the production than she first thought.

After interviewing one of the actors, the presenter wound up with her head a guillotine before a faux saw was slammed down on her head.

Later, Jon Kay took to his Twitter account to share a clip of the stunt alongside the caption: “We can confirm that no Ninas were harmed in the making of this programme.”

It wasn’t long before Nina re-shared the tweet on her account and was met with plenty of responses from fans who praised her “down to earth” nature that comes across on screen.

The nasty comment said: “Nina you looked dreadful this morning. Please start wearing a fitting bra…”

The mum-of-two clapped back as she wrote: “Just leaving Alfred’s incredibly useful and progressive feedback here.”

She added: “Deepest thanks to all the Alfreds. Women would be lost without you.”

Many of Nina’s followers flocked to the comments to share their support after reading the spiteful remark.
