Celebs with World Records – 100 gallon fish tank full of dip and 1,560 word song

Guinness World Records was launched in 1955 and has encouraged both the public and celebrities to try and earn a title ever since.

Celebrities often unintentionally set records too – whether it be from number of albums released to most followed on YouTube, most Grammy nominations to most streams in a week, some achievements are just out of their control.

However, some also deliberately try and beat the odds by going above and beyond what we thought was possible.

The singer holds the title of most viewed music channel YouTube, the first ever channel to be viewed over three billion times and the youngest artist to achieve five number one albums in the US.

The records just keep on coming, as he made an unbelievable feat back in 2016.

He topped the chart with his hit song Love Yourself, which sat at number one, Sorry, in a comfortable second place, and What Do You Mean?, which landed third.

This actor is a serial record beater and has a few attempts to his name.

In 2017 his team, Seven Bucks Digital Studio, set out to break the Guinness World Record for largest layered dip ever made.

In preparation for the Super Bowl, they made the giant dip in a 100 gallon fish tank and it took five hours to assemble.

The entire thing weighed a whopping 540 pounds and was awarded the title, only to be beaten in 2020 by Bush’s Beans who trumped them with an 1,087oz effort.

Dwayne set the world record at a film premiere

All was not lost as Dwayne’s team donated the dip to a homeless charity.

Johnson has also set the record for most selfies taken in three minutes.

At the premiere of his film San Andreas back in 2015 he took a massive 105 selfies with fans, but was once again stripped of his title in 2016.

Queen B is an icon in her own right and has been on the music scene since the early 1990s, so it will come as no surprise that she has managed to land herself some world records.

Most Grammy awards in a single year by a female artist, most Grammy awards of all time by a female, a record number of Grammy nominations at 79, and the first solo artist to have their first seven studio albums hit the number one spot are all titles Beyonce holds.

In 2014 she was also Billboard’s highest earning black musician of all time.

Rapper Eminem has the world record for most words in a hit song with his iconic 2013 tune Rap God.

The chart topping anthem has a mind-boggling 1,560 words within just six minutes and four seconds, with a huge 97 of those said in just 15 seconds.

His other Guinness World Record was awarded for most successive US Number one albums by a solo artist, of which he has six.

The pop star was once the most followed woman on Instagram, but still holds the title for most streamed track in a week by a female and female with the most followers on Spotify.

She is also no stranger to occupying the number one spot and frequently collaborates with other artists including Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga.

Jackie Chan

He has sustained some brutal injuries throughout his career, including broken cheekbones, nose and skull.
