Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow's kids now – lookalike daughter and singing son

Coldplay singer Chris Martin and actress Gwyneth Paltrow, known for her roles in Iron Man, Spider-Man and Glee, were married for 11 years before they divorced in 2014.

Martin and Paltrow famously described their split as a “conscious uncoupling” and the duo have been praised for their extremely open-minded approach to co-parenting, even taking a “familymoon” together with her current husband Brad Fulchuk.

The 44-year-old singer is currently with Fifty Shades Of Grey actress Dakota Johnson and a source has confirmed to Us Weekly that they are “definitely dating”.

Martin reportedly sends Johnson music he’s working on to “get her opinion” and the couple previously bought a house in Malibu together.

Chris and Gwyneth share two children together and the Martin siblings both have credits on their father Chris’ album, Music Of The Spheres, by his band Coldplay.

Apple, 17, is credited with songwriting on Let Somebody Go featuring Selena Gomez, while Moses, 15, is credited as a performer on the song Humankind on which he can be heard singing with his dad.

Their names appear in the handwritten credits on the album, with hearts doodled next to both their names.

The kids have also appeared on stage with the Coldplay frontman and they both sang on his song Orphans back in 2019.

Apple and Moses are actively involved in their father’s career and Chris has said that if the kids are around whilst he’s performing, he “likes to bring them on stage”.

Gwyneth spoke about their co-parenting experience on Drew Barrymore’s show: “Chris and I committed to putting [the children] first and that’s harder than it looks. Some days you really don’t want to be with the person that you are getting divorced from.”

The kids both keep fairly low key

Gwyneth also spoke at a conference in 2018 and said that she was “very lucky” to have Chris, who shared her “collaborative” sensibility: “I’m really for Chris and he’s really for me, and our children are our priority.”

Despite their famous family and time in the spotlight, the kids have maintained a relatively low profile life.

Considering their age, not much is known about them, so it seems as though their parent’s attempts at giving them a childhood have worked.

Apple and Moses are the spitting image of their parents

Moses was named after the Coldplay song of the same name, a tune that Chris wrote for his partner at the time and the children’s mother, Gwyneth.

She has previously praised Apple on her determined attitude: “When I see my daughter with her friends, they are so empowered. They have – and I mean this word in the best possible way – a sense of entitlement that is beautiful.”
