Corrie Millie Gibson's bold hair transformation as co-star says 'I'll take all of you'

Following the recent announcement of Millie Gibson’s new Doctor Who role, the former Coronation Street star has undergone a huge hair transformation.

And a former Corrie co-star- has gushed over the blonde bombshell, admitting: “I’ll take all of you”.

Looking almost unrecognisable from her role of Kelly Neelan – which she exited in September – the 18-year-old actress has wowed fans with a glamorous snap.

Debuting her new look on Instagram, fans were quick to swoon over the television star.

In photos she uploaded, Millie could be seen wearing a black cropped t-shirt, with some low-rise black straight-legged jeans and some gold jewellery.

Instead of her blonde locks cascading over her shoulders and cut in a long style, her hair featured a choppy new look.

With her hair chopped off above her shoulders, Millie debuted her short blonde bob which left fans and friends enamoured.

Her former Corrie co-star Tanisha Gorey – who plays Asha Alahan – penned: “I’ll take all of u plz,” to which Millie replied with: “Free of charge curtesy for you.”

Charlie Jordan who plays Daisy on the cobbles then penned: “Pixie Perfikkk.”

While a soap fan page penned: “Brand new chapter = new haircut. Honestly Millie so proud of you you have come so far and this will absolutely change your life being on Doctor Who!”

Another fan added: “Your hair looks amazing!! Really suits you x.”

While a third referenced her new TV role and penned: “Your new hair is super pretty! Can’t wait to see you as Ruby Sunday.”

This comes after it was recently revealed that Millie would be the Time Lord’s new sidekick in Doctor Who.

Fans were told of the news in an announcement made live on BBC Children in Need earlier this month.

Millie will play the role of Ruby Sunday, who is the companion to the new Doctor, Ncuti Gatwa, when the programme returns towards the end of 2023.
