EastEnders spoilers tease Rag'n'Bone Man's cameo as he cosies up to Linda and Sharon

Chart star Rag’n’Bone Man is set to make a cameo on EastEnders.

The singer, 37, will visit Albert Square for a charity concert in Friday’s (December 23) episode of the BBC soap.

He said: “In the words of Gabrielle, ‘Dreams can come true’. Thanks to everyone at EastEnders for one of the best days of my life!”

Exec producer Chris Clenshaw said: “We have always known Rag‘n’Bone man is a huge EastEnders fan, so when an opportunity came up in one of our stories, it was the perfect moment for us to ask him to not only appear, but also perform in Albert Square.”

In snaps from his stint in Walford, Rag’n’Bone man posed next to the iconic Albert Square sign as well as for pictures with Letitia Dean, who plays Sharon Watts, and Linda Carter actress Kellie Bright.

It comes after Rag’n’Bone revealed he carries a framed picture of an EastEnders star on his tour rider for his dressing room.

The Human singer, real name Rory Charles Graham, previously insisted he’s “not a diva” but one “stupid” thing he insists on having is a photo of any actor from the soap backstage.

Asked what makes up his list of requests, he replied: “I’m not a diva, I only have one stupid thing on my rider which is a framed picture of an EastEnders cast member.

“I’ve had loads so far, I’ve had Ian Beale, I’ve had Dot, I’ve got Sharon, it always changes.

“I hope someone will go a bit rogue and I’ll get Wellard the dog.

“I’m a big fan, I love EastEnders. The only show I really watch religiously is EastEnders. It’s comfort TV, as I’ve watched it since I was a kid.”

His first hit single, Human, was released in 2016, and his debut album of the same name was released in 2017.

The album became the fastest selling debut album by a male for the decade and has since achieved four-time Platinum certification.

At the 2017 Brit Awards, he was named British Breakthrough Act and received the Critics’ Choice Award and went on to receive a further BRIT Award for Best British Single, with the title track in 2018.

His second studio album Life By Misadventure debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart in 2021, making it the fastest-selling album by a solo artist that year.

EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday on BBC One at 7.30pm
