EastEnders' Tina Carter star thanks fans for support after career U-turn

EastEnders’ Tina Carter actress Luisa Bradshaw White has had a complete career U-turn since leaving the soap.

Luisa’s character Tina was killed off by serial killer Grey Atkins – with the brutal murder only coming to light earlier this year – and her life off-screen is nowhere near as dramatic.

As Mick Carter, played by Danny Dyer, also had his final scenes aired over the festive period, it seems it prompted Luisa to reflect on her life since appearing on the soap.

The star took to Instagram to share a snap of her relaxing following the festivities as she shared a make-up free photo in her oodie and confessed she’s feeling “incredibly happy and content”.

She told her followers that 2022 had been a year “unlike any other”, adding that there was “so much growth, so much learning, so many beautiful opportunities”.

Luisa added: “Gathering the most incredible soul family. I feel so blessed. So many beautiful souls. So many beautiful teachings. I am grateful for them all.

“Thank you to everyone who has been on the path with me this year.”

She wrapped it up by saying that 2023 will be “wildly beautiful”, as her fans flooded in to compliment her on the snap.

Luisa’s life has changed substantially since she left the soap, with the star focusing on dance and DJing since her character was killed off on the soap.

Following her exit, Luisa said she found her “calling” and launched her own dance company in Chorleywood in Hertfordshire.

Her plan was to create Ecstatic Dance Parties, which is a form of dance without specific steps and encourages attendees to abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely.

She now regularly hosts and DJs the classes and has shared her excitement for the collaborations she has coming up in 2023, teasing that they keep “rolling in”.

Luisa is still encouraging people to take part in her Ecstatic Dance Parties and regularly shares insight into what attendees should expect on her Instagram.
