Love Island star Hannah Elizabeth says she feels “like a Bratz doll” after travelling to Turkey for surgery.
The 32-year-old model, who starred in the first season of Love Island in 2015, took to Instagram Stories to show the results of her cosmetic facial surgery.
Hannah claims to be “obsessed” with her Bratz-like appearance but admitted she was “very swollen” after flying to Istanbul for the procedure as she shared her bruised and bandaged face on Instagram.

The reality star could be seen pouting with surgical tape over her eyelids, with the caption: “Day 1 I feel like a Bratz I’m obsessed”.

She added: “Couldn’t of asked for more, exactly what I wanted I’m made up.
“Day 2 Extreme swelling today and lots of sleeping.”
Hannah shared that she will also be having a breast augmentation done while in hospital as she filmed herself walking around the ward in surgical stockings.
The reality star also shared snaps of herself wearing a post-surgery corset as she explained her decision to increase her breast size.

In a selfie from her bed before the operation, Hannah wrote: “Pre Op. So excited for today . Already being looked after by the lovely team here @comfortzonesurgeryofficial @serenecosmetic_ .”
Hannah had already travelled to Turkey earlier this year to undergo a nose job and said at the time that she “couldn’t be happier from what I can already see” with her new “pixie nose”.
Hannah, from Liverpool, was the very first contestant to waltz into the Love Island villa.

She came second on the show with her then-fiancé Jon Clark after the TOWIE star popped the question to her after a mere five weeks together.
Hannah gave birth to a son called Reggie in 2019.
She was also engaged to George Andreetti but the pair later called off their wedding.
