GMB's Richard Madeley misses ITV show again and replaced by Adil Ray in host shake-up

Good Morning Britain host Richard Madeley has missed another edition of the ITV breakfast show.

The 65-year-old presenter has been having some time off from the programme.

Martin Lewis filled in for him on Monday and Tuesday and Adil Ray hosted the show on Wednesday alongside Susanna Reid.

Confirming his return to the GMB studio, Adil tweeted: “Back on your box tomorrow @gmb with the ace @susannareid100 latest from Ukraine, look ahead to the Spring statement, Keith Allen drops by. Oh and I am very GRATEFUL. Just incase you were wondering… see you at 6.”

Fans were clearly excited to hear Adil’s exciting news and rushed to leave a message for the star on social media.

A third person posted: “Really enjoy the show when you’re on.”

While a fourth tweeted: “Dream team back can’t wait.”

It comes after Money Saving Expert star Martin Lewis won applause from viewers upon his brief return to Good Morning Britain.
