Hollyoaks’ Sarah Jayne Dunn forced to block OnlyFans users who send explicit snaps

Former Hollyoaks actress Sarah Jayne Dunn has been forced to block her OnlyFans subscribers who send her X-rated snaps.

The 40-year-old former soap star admitted she has been inundated with explicit pictures from users who send unsolicited pictures of their own private parts.

Sarah was famously sacked from Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks for opting to sell her own racy pictures on the subscription site, which hubby Jonathan Smith happily takes for her. And with that comes the ability for users to message her directly on the platform.

And though the benefits of the site include the fact that fans are paying money to see her sexy content – meaning there’s less potential for trolling – Sarah has found some downsides too.

She appeared on the Smut Drop podcast to chat about her experiences so far, admitting: “I think because people are signing up to a subscription, people are there to support you.

“So you tend to not get people trolling you or people’s views, or picking at things which you get on other social media. And we’ve all been subject to that, I’m sure.

“People just want to say something for the sake of saying something and people can be unkind.”

She explained that she has many “loyal fans” on the site, and both male and female followers.

But Sarah added: “And one of the draws of OnlyFans for full subscribers is that they can interact with you. So you can message.

“That’s really nice, you know, and, but also it gives me a lot more control. So if I have had messages that I’m uncomfortable with, or that are abusive, I can block that user shut them down and you don’t have that control I find on things like Instagram, those people can just set up another account and send you unsolicited pictures that you think you don’t want to see.”

She spoke out about being mum-shamed

And the site has measures in place to keep its users safe, including the pixelation of photographs sent via direct message.

Sarah said: “On OnlyFans those things are pixelated. So everything comes back to me. And that’s what I find really empowering about it, where I can control it.”

She added that some people have attempted to shame her for doing racy content while being a mum – but she refuses to respond to those kinds of comments, instead opting to block and delete them.
