I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’s Nicola McLean retired from topless modelling at 23 in order to get her boobs done.
The stunning reality star, 41, spoke exclusively to the Daily Star and revealed why she wanted to retire so young.
Nicola said: “I think I would have still got I’m A Celeb without surgery because my natural boobs were big and good enough anyway. I only ever got surgery after I retired from Page 3 at 23.

“I started out modelling at 15 and then did Page 3 at 18 when I did topless and I did all of that without surgery.

“So I retired from topless before going into the jungle, as I had just had my first child and I felt like it was time.
“I also wanted my boobs done and if you modelled Page 3 in The Sun you could only do it with natural boobs and I really wanted mine done, so I chose to have them done instead and the rest is history.
“The money on Page 3 was dire anyways, but girls were only ever paid about £150 – £250 for it.

“But I still carried on doing lingerie modelling and spreads for the papers and stuff and that’s when my reality TV career then really kicked off.”
Nicola also argued that her famous assets should’ve gotten a fee from ITV after so much airtime on the show.
The 2008 series star said: “They got the show so much press that year – they did their job.”

After a cheeky joke that her boobs should’ve got their own fee, Nicola replied: “They bloody should have!
“Listen my boobs are a talking point, aren’t they? By everyone in there, I think.
“When you first meet me and then you see me in a bikini you think ‘where did they come from?’ Because they are just massive.

“People were gobsmacked especially the older people were like ‘what the hell are those?’
“And I’d gone so teeny tiny because you lose so much weight in there. I weighed like seven stone and I had these massive GG boobs.
“I never get offended when people look because I’d look too.
“But there were definitely loads of comments.”
Mum-of-two Nicola was 23 when she entered the ITV jungle.
