Kate moss has revealed she “f***ed up” her body because of the lifestyle she once lived.
The supermodel, 48, was known for her party hard ways and has now discussed her road to recovery.
Speaking in a recent interview, she admitted that her adrenal glands and nervous system were badly and explained that she was determined to “fix” the issues she had.

The blonde beauty told Vogue: “I learnt to look at myself, at my shortcomings and truthfully at who I am. And not be afraid.
She added: “I started meditating every day, doing transcendental meditation, wild swimming… I tried everything [new].”

Kate’s new approached led her to Cosmoss, her wellness-focused brand which is set to launch later this month.
In 2020, Kate’s friend, DJ Fat Tony, explained that she had been sober for two years as keeps a healthy lifestyle after decades of partying.
The 56-year-old, who hit 15 years sobriety this year, told Daily Mail at the time: “Kate’s been clean for over two years. Me and my sober mates now have a better time than we ever did when we used to drink and take drugs.”

The mum-of-one recently claimed Johnny Depp once hid a diamond necklace he bought for her “in his bottom.”
The pair dated from 1994 to 1997 before the Hollywood actor broke things off because of his hectic schedule.
In a video for British Vogue, the business woman spoke about their relationship and recalled receiving her “first ever diamonds” from her Edward Scissorhands star boyfriend.
She told the publication: “That diamond necklace Johnny gave me, they were the first diamonds I ever owned.
“We were going out to dinner and he said, ‘I’ve got something in my bum, can you have a look,’ and I was like, ‘what’ and I put my hand down his trousers and I pulled out a diamond necklace.
“That diamond necklace.”
Kate wore the necklace in question to the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York in 1995.
