Louise Thompson unrecognisable with swollen face after awaking with 'horrendous' rash

Made In Chelsea star Louise Thompson looks completely unrecognisable with a swollen and red face after waking up with a worrying rash amid suffering flu-like symptoms.

Taking to her Instagram stories on Tuesday, October 4, Louise shared a candid and makeup free snap while branding the worrying rash as “horrendous”.

Looking worlds away from her usual glamorous self, the 32-year-old brunette beauty had red and puffy undereyes as she glared into the camera.

Addressing her very different and quite worrying appearance on the social media platform, Louise spoke of how she feels as though her immune system is attacking her face.

Louise looked very different as she spoke about her health

Taking to her stories to post the worrying snap, Louise penned: “I’ve woken up with the most horrendous rash and swelling accompanied by this ongoing headache and really bad pain in my face.

“I feel like my immune system is attacking my face.

“It’s actually a miracle that anyone got any sleep in our household last night.

“Ryan has come down with it too,” she explained.

Louise welcomed her son Leo-Hunter nine months ago

Prior to the snap of her face she shared a video of her son Leo-Hunter and spoke of how it feels like she’s had battery acid poured into her head.

She told her followers: “I honestly feel like I’ve had battery acid poured into my head.

“I’ve been given Co-codamol for the pain but now worried about that interacting with mirtazapine [an anti-depressant].”

Her son recently suffered a perforated ear drum

The TV star went on: “Something I’ve taken in the past few days has turned my typical ‘flu’ into something much worse.

“I can handle temperatures, body aches and pains, but the unrelenting pressure around my temples is astronomical.”

As well as Louise and her long-term partner and fiancé Ryan Libbey feeling ill, the couple have also been looking after their son who has been poorly.

Their nine-month-old son Leo-Hunter has been on antibiotics after suffering a perforated ear drum.
