Love Island's Deji Adeniyi says villa highlight was 'getting dumped' from ITV2 show

Love Island’s Deji Adeniyi has said that his villa highlight was “getting dumped” from the ITV2 reality-dating show.

The 25-year-old Love Island bombshell first appeared on the programme during Casa Amor week which kicked off at the beginning of July.

Heading into the second villa to live with the OG girls for a few days, Deji fast became close with Indiyah Polack before the pair broke things off when she got back with now-boyfriend Dami Hope.

After attempting to find love with other sexy singletons including Danica Taylor, he finally found a spark with bombshell Lacey before the pair were brutally dumped.

But now Deji has revealed that the dumping was in fact his highlight from his time on the show.

Partaking in a Q&A on his Instagram stories, Deji was posed a slew of questions by fans – with one being: “What was your best moment in the villa?”

Deji then responded with: “Getting dumped [rolling on the floor laughing emoji] missed my mama.”

This comes as the fan favourite addressed the X-rated wardrobe blunder that he suffered while on the beloved dating programme.

Back when he was in the main Love Island villa, Deji suffered a very explicit editing gaffe, that seemed to reveal his genitals underneath a tiny pair of shorts.

At the time Deji was stretched out, totally unaware that he was flashing his private parts while sunbathing on a day bed in the villa garden.

The former Islander has now addressed the explicit gaffe during the same Q&A where he said his favourite part of the experience was “getting dumped”.

One fan asked him: “Was it really your ball bag that was in that picture?” complete with a slew of eye emojis.

Deji responded with a hilarious meme, where a man could be heard saying: “Is this camera on me?”

Someone in the background said: “Yes, it’s on.”

To which the man replied: “That’s stupid. Use your common sense.”

The meme seemed to confirm that viewers were in fact correct when eagle-eyed fans pointed it out earlier this month.
