Love Island's Toby Aromolaran teases image overhaul as he shares throwback clip

Love Island star Toby Aromolaran has teased an image overhaul with his latest social media display.

The 22-year-old took to his TikTok page and gave his 723k followers a glimpse into what he looked like a year ago.

Toby, who came runner up in the most recent series of the ITV2 dating show, shared a clip of himself looking slightly different as she sported a fully grown beard.

On top of the first video, which saw Toby sat in the front seat of a car, read: “A lot can change in one year!”

In the second clip, Toby sat on a swing and notably had no beard while the third saw him sporting stubble.

Despite teasing his old look, the semi-professional footballer concluded: “I think a beard is a no go for me.”

Toby captioned the clip: “Seeing myself with a beard is weird asf #beard #beardgang.”

Fans of the Love Island star had mixed reviews about his potential new look.

One TikTok creator wrote: “Love the beard.”

A second agreed: “Beard looks banging.”

Another user penned: “Stubble yes 100% looks best on you, maybe not a full beard.”

While a fourth said: “It ain’t the one for you.”

Toby’s potential image overhaul comes a month after it was reported that he and girlfriend Chloe Burrows are “on the rocks.”

Toby and Chloe met on the seventh series of the popular dating show and finished runners up behind champions Liam Reardon and Millie Court.

During the show, the couple got off to a difficult start but soon went from strength to strength and stole the hearts of the public.

The pair moved in together last November, however, in recent months, it appears their relationship has come under strain after an insider close to the pair told The Sun how they have struggled to make time for each other.

“Chloe and Toby really love each other but their relationship has come under some strain in recent weeks.

“They are both really bust with work, so they haven’t seen as much of each other, and there is the added pressure of transferring a reality TV romance into everyday life. It’s not easy.”
