Rebel Wilson wows as she flashes James Bond tattoo in savage BAFTA Awards monologue

BAFTA Awards host Rebel Wilson revealed a shocking tattoo of Daniel Craig on her leg as she joked about becoming the next James Bond during her opening monologue.

She made her entrance on stage to the Bond theme Diamonds Are Forever following a performance by Dame Shirley Bassey, before revealing a tattoo on her leg of Daniel’s face and joking: “Diamonds are Forever and so are tattoos”.

The Australian actress, 42, then went on to say: “Hold on to your martinis because the Broccolis have let me announce it here and now, this is a scoop, I’m proud to announce that the new James Bond will be me! Oh my god, yes!

“I don’t want people going crazy because there will be a female James Bond, it’s not going to change things that much.”

The Bridesmaid actress added: “And here’s my pitch for the new Bond film: Bond goes to Australia and it can be called Die Another G’Day”.

The star also made a savage swipe at the gender paygap during the joke, claiing she’ll be changing her name from 007 to 004.5.

“As the first, uh, female 007, the Bond girls will obviously have to become Bond guys. And because of the gender pay gap, I actually won’t be called 007. I’ll be 004.5.”

During her speech, Rebel also addressed her dramatic weight loss, as she dazzled in a stunning red gown, saying: “I might look a bit different from the last time you saw me here.”

Referring to a picture of her at the 2020 ceremony that appeared on screen, she added: “That was me two years ago and since then I’ve done quite a transformation – I hope JK Rowling still approves.

“Everyone is asking me, why did you lose weight? Clearly, it was to get the attention of Robert Pattinson. You know how they say “once you have Bat, you can’t go back”.’

“Guys seriously I didn’t lose weight just for a guy, I did it to get more acting roles”, she continued.

Rebel took aim at everyone from Lady Gaga to Prince Andrew, adding: “I was going to do a musical number as host – it was about Prince Andrew.

“It was on roller-skates. It was called Pizza Express but don’t worry, I’m not going to do it, I’m not going to sing. I’m saving my voice for the sequel to Cats”.
