The Chase's Jenny Ryan admits it's 'been a while since she was touched by a man'

The Chase star Jenny Ryan shocked fans after revealing it’s “been a while since she was touched by a man” in a cheeky confession.

The brainy star took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes snap in her dressing room wearing just a robe as a male make-up artist touched up her face.

As Jenny raised her phone up to the mirror to take a quick selfie, her fiery red hair could be seen flowing around her shoulders as the grey gown bared a small sliver of her collarbone.

Posing for a mirror selfie, Jenny, 39, said: “It’s been a while since I was last touched by a man this way.

Fans took to the comments to react to the playful revelation

“I very much doubt that,” said one. Another added: “That should change!”

While a third appeared to make a cheeky pass at the star, saying: “I would love 2 be that man.”

The star often shares glimpses into her life off-screen on her social media page, having recently stunned fans with a snap of her natural hair.

Jenny is usually seen with her hair scraped back into a curly ponytail as she plays the role of the Vixen on the ITV quiz show, and tends to sport a backcombed look.

Jenny captioned the post: “A rare glimpse of my hair in its natural state i.e. a right state.”

But fans disagreed with the star and took to Twitter to comment about how great her ‘do looked.

One wrote: “You’re absolutely stunning Jenny.”

A second said: “You look fabulous as always Jenny.”

While a third added: “Hardly a state. Looks lovely.”

Jenny, best known for her no-nonsense quizzing abilities on the hit ITV show, recently opened up to fans about her mental health struggles explaining why she had been absent from various online platforms.

She posted a video to her TikTok account of herself talking straight to the camera as she spoke about her ‘wobbly mental health’.

Speaking in the short clip, Jenny began: “So, I’ve not been doing much social media for a little while.

“That’s because I’ve been struggling with my ‘wobbly’ mental health.

“Please, as a favour to me, will you reach out to a friend of yours who you might not have heard from in a while, they might have gone a bit quiet…

“Send them a meme they’ll like or a TikTok, and it will have such a positive impact on somebody who’s feeling down at the moment.”
