The Holiday child star who played Jude Law's daughter looks unrecognisable now

The actress who played Jude Law’s daughter Sophie in the festive movie The Holiday looks completely unrecognisable.

Miffy Englefield, 23, starred in the Hollywood blockbuster in 2006, and the former actress now looks completely unrecognisable as she dons black hair and described her look to be “punk”.

She also became a mum to baby girl Frankie on April 23, 2020, and lives with her partner Alex Whivley-Conway in West Sussex.

Earlier in the year, in a TikTok clip which racked up nearly half a million views, Milly explained how she’d love to return to acting but worries about getting cast due to her style.

Miffy also confessed that she didn’t keep in touch with the cast until she recently got a yearly email from filmmaker Nancy Myers.

She told her followers in the viral TikTok: “Hi, my name’s Miff, and when I was a little girl, I was in a film called The Holiday.

“It’s been about 15 years since the film came out, and I’m still asked a lot of questions about it, especially since I’ve started doing TikTok.”

Miffy’s real name is actually Rebecca, but she confirmed that she got her nickname because of the messy hair she used to have as a little girl.

The Christmas movie starred a top-bill cast, including Jude Law, Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet and Jack Black.

Reflecting on her acting stint, Miffy told followers: “The cast were amazing. It sounds cliché, but there’s not much to tell because they were all so lovely.

“Obviously, playing one of Jude Law’s daughter’s in the film, he’s the person we spent the most time with. He was so kind and patient and so helpful and taught us so much about acting.

“Unfortunately, I didn’t keep in touch with the cast, which sucks, but that’s just life. Everyone is busy and has things to do.”

After The Holiday, Miffy went on to star in 12 episodes of Casualty between 2008 and 2010 and appeared in a short film called Beautiful Enough.
