The Traitors fans have same complaint as final five revealed after double axe bombshell

The Traitors viewers were left gobsmacked as two Faithfuls got the chop just one day before the grand final.

Andrea Addison and Maddy Smedley got the boot from the BBC series during Wednesday (December 21) evening’s episode.

The result meant that Traitors Wilfred Webster, Kieran Tompsett are in the chance of stealing the prize money from Faithfuls Aaron Evans, Hannah Byczkowski, Meryl Williams.

Traitor Wilfred was faced with a tough decision in recent scenes as he had to decide which Faithful to recruit following the departure of his fellow Traitor Amanda Lovett.

He picked Kieran, and in a shock twist, he had to go and meet his co-star face-to-face.

Kieran agreed to become a Traitor and the duo began plotting on which Faithful they’d like to get rid of next.

By the end of the episode, both Maddy and Andrea were sent home, leaving fans at home upset.

Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “Ah gutted Andrea went.”

Another added: “Amanda, Maddy and Andrea in 24 hours. Gutted.”

A third person posted: “Maddy, Andrea and Amanda in 24 hours this is not it.”

While a fourth social media user said: “Amanda, Andrea and now Maddy gone I can’t take it.”

During Thursday’s (December 22) grand final, host Claudia Winkleman will give the five finalists one last chance to add to the prize fund in a high-octane challenge with helicopters.

Hannah, Aaron and Meryl Wilfred and Kieran are in the final

If Traitors Kieran and Wilfred can convince the others they’re Faithfuls, they’ll win all the cash.

However, if Hannah, Aaron and Meryl expose them, the trio will split the cash between them.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Star, axed contestant Andrea opened up about her experience in the Scottish castle.

She said: “I would have loved to have stayed until the end, so near and yet so far.

“I was gutted and by the end I really did think I just might get there but not to be.”

Andrea later revealed that after Amanda was exposed as a Traitor it was “absolutely obvious” that the other one was Wilfred.

She explained: “Once it was Amanda, then it was absolutely obvious who it is.

“If you think about it. You’re not going to have three women, it’s not Macbeth, you’re not going to have two estate agents and Kieran wasn’t there all the time so who’s life, My Wilf.”

Fans will have to wait and see who walks away with the money.

The Traitors Final will air on BBC One at BBC iPlayer on Thursday, December 22 at 9pm
